We want you to feel confident buying from us. If a guide is not what you expected, you can ask for a refund.

30-day refund

Email support@clearpath-guides.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the purchase price. You do not need to explain why, although feedback helps us improve.

How to request a refund

• Email us from the address you used to buy, or include it in your message.
• Tell us the name of the guide.

When you will get your money

We process approved refunds promptly. After that, it can take several business days for your bank or card issuer to show the credit.

Digital products

Because guides are digital files, we cannot take them back. Please delete your copy after a refund and do not keep distributing it.

Duplicate or failed purchases

If you were charged twice or did not receive your download, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
